20.00 Euro additional per night for each adult more than 2. Excluding 9% VAT. Children under 15 stay free. In order to confirm your reservation, we require a 30% deposit of the amount of the stay. We accept payment by bank wire, PayPal, Visa, Master Card or American Express. Price includes our 24/7 Concierge Service. Substantial discounts are available for stays longer than 10 days. Cancellations more than 30 days from your check-in date are entitled to a full refund, less any processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days of your check-in date are subject to full forfeiture. Upon check in, we will pre-authorize your credit card for your entire stay and return your deposit, less damages, lost keys, etc, when you check out. We will convert your currency to Czech Crowns at the current exchange rate.

Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:30 am.

Once we have confirmed your check-in date, number of adults, total amount and deposit amount of your stay by email or telephone, PayPal account holders may enter the Deposit Amount in Euros and click on the Submit Payment button to make the deposit payment. You will see "Luxurious Accommodations in Prague" or "Alpha Enterprises s.r.o." on your PayPal receipt.

Making Your Deposit Payment By Bank Wire

We will email you our bank wire instructions. Credit to our account is expected by the end of the 3rd business day after the date of booking. In the event of non-payment, one of our representatives will attempt to contact you by email, telephone or both to rectify the situation.
